I work in a hospital, long-term care facility, retirement home, dental office, or a paramedic service
We can work with you to assess your needs and connect you with support for your well-being.
As a healthcare worker, you play a vital role in providing essential services to our community. Increased feelings of stress, worry, and anxiety can be common in high-pressure environments. It is important to recognize the impact of workplace-related stress on your well-being and build coping skills that can help you maintain good mental health.
We are here to support you.
If you are a healthcare worker and need support for your mental health or substance use health, Frontline Wellness is here for you.
Frontline Wellness offers confidential support for healthcare workers through quick access to a trained mental health professional. They will connect with you and listen. You can share your experiences, receive support, engage in problem-solving, and receive help connecting to other resources or services if needed.
Healthcare workers can access support quickly and easily using our online form. You will be able to select a time for one of our clinicians to contact you to discuss your needs and connect you with the support that is right for you. These could be services offered by The Royal or other community partners. Most services are offered virtually (by phone or video conference) and the entire process is completely confidential.

Some of the partners you may be connected to include The Royal, Hawkesbury General Hospital, Montfort Renaissance, Cornwall Community Hospital, Renfrew County Mental Health and Addictions Services.
